TKC Communications provides this security through its Continuous Operations Service. The Continuous Operations Service, or COPS, is a customized integration of hardware, software, people, and processes that ensures your business systems are reliable, available, and secure.

TKC Communications utilizes a proven methodology for Continuous Operations engagements which consists of four main processes.

Assessment
TKCC identifies and documents the customer's technology "baseline" through a series of onsite sessions. These sessions may include staff interviews (to look at both technological and business issues); analysis of client software, hardware, and configurations; and consideration of existing technology contracts that may affect the project.

Design
During the Design phase, TKCC considers the existing and future state of the client's technology; incorporates best practices from industry, vendor, and TKCC experiences; and conducts preliminary tests of the system. We work hard to ensure that items identified in the assessment are correctly documented and adhere to the project scope. The design process may require several iterations.

Implementation
After designs have been documented, tested, and approved by the client, TKC Communications turns to its experienced consultants and technology partners to lay out an implementation plan. Large implementations will utilize project management best practices as well as TKCC's large professional project management staff. A lead technology consultant and project manager will communicate with the client during the entire implementation period ensuring that the project stays on track and that the solution fits the client's needs.

Management
Upon completion of the project, TKC Communications helps the client to manage the solution technically and strategically, ensuring that long-term use of the solution can help fulfill the client's business needs now and in the future. Knowledge transfer, documentation, and ongoing support all form part of this process.
